Other things to note 1. STRAY ANIMALS AND INSECTS: There may be stray cats and insects in the property that get in despite the high walls and maintenance. As we are an animal friendly property, we do not condone any harm towards them. They are used to having people and dogs around and more often than not, our guests bring their pets with them; none have encountered any issues with them. They are harmless but please do not attempt to pet, feed, approach, or disturb them in any way. Please take this into consideration when booking and act accordingly. 2. DIPPING POOL: Please manage your expectations regarding the size: 2m x 3m, 4ft deep since it’s only a dipping pool. 3. TRAVEL: Easily reachable via any mode of transportation. We’re even on Joyride and Grab. 4. ROAD ACCESS: There are no rough roads leading up to the property; it’s an easy drive. 5. AIR CONDITIONING: All ACs are usable. 6. WEATHER: We highly recommend checking the weather forecast for sunny weather before booking so you can maximize the outdoor areas which will greatly enhance your stay. 7. HOT WATER: Please note that we do not have hot water for the shower. 8. SMALL EVENTS: We can host small events; please message us for more details. 9. NEARBY STORES: Several convenience stores and a public market are nearby. 10. GUEST PROVISIONS: We have provisions for up to 10 guests; please message if you plan to exceed this. 11. DAY VISITORS: Up to 10 visitors are allowed until 10 PM, but they must be declared in advance.
