The space The apartment building was constructed in 2023 and is fully equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Inside, you’ll find it equipped with high-quality sleep, cleansing, dining, and entertainment products. Both rooms in the apartment are equipped with blackout curtains to ensure a restful sleep. The apartment is well-ventilated and features a ceiling fan in the living room. In the unlikely event that you require an additional fan during your stay, we would be happy to provide one. The space is for up to four people. Prices don’t change regardless of the number of guests. At our establishment, our friendly and helpful staff is available 24/7 at the reception. Our public areas offer various options for socializing and relaxation, including a playground for kids, a pool table, and scenic city views. The location is unbeatable! It is very close to the airport and has many access routes that guarantee lighter traffic when commuting. The place is ideal for executives working remotely or needing to attend a meeting at "La Zona Viva" (Zona 10), where the most prestigious companies and hotels are located. >6 Km (~3.5 mi) distance to the Main Financial Sector and the TEC (a.k.a. The Guatemalan Silicon Valley) in Zona 4, close to some Universities, and ~7 Km (~4 mi) to the "Zona 1," where you’ll find the Central Park, surrounded by the Main Cathedral and the National Palace. If you need to do your laundry during your stay, a washer/dryer is available inside the apartment. For 7+ night stays, we offer a complimentary change of towels and linens every seven nights. Guest access If you plan on cooking fresh meals, you can access a fully equipped kitchen inside the apartment. Additionally, you can reserve the Grill and Pizza Oven on the 5th floor. There is a Kids' Playground on the 5th floor where children can play while adults enjoy a book or a glass of wine. If you plan to exercise, the gym is on the 14th floor. You can jog towards Avenida Las Américas and Avenida Reforma for 5-10 Km (~3-6 mi), where you'll find a beautiful city park filled with lush greenery and trees.
