Charming house (pool/jacuzzi) and outbuildings

A fully restored old farm, "Las Bayol" is located in the heart of a property where deer like to walk. Preserved nature, calm and sweetness of life are the key words of this place. The space The place consists of a house and an old renovated barn. The house consists of: - on the ground floor of 2 bedrooms (180 cm bed or 2 single beds) with TV, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with open-plan kitchen and bar, 1 sofa, and - on the 1st floor, access by 2 independent stairs to 1 large bedroom (1 bed of 180 cm or 2 single beds plus 1 single bed of 90 cm) with 1 bathroom, on the one hand, and on the other hand to 1 bedroom (1 bed of 90 cm + 1 drawer bed of 90 cm) and 1 bathroom. The renovated barn includes 2 bedrooms with double beds (or 2 single beds) and their respective walk-in shower rooms. The house can accommodate up to 12 people, but it is important to check the distribution of the rooms because it is not designed, for example, to accommodate 6 couples. Outside: - BBQ - pétanque court - ping pong table - Private pool, counter-current swimming - in the outbuildings, jacuzzi, winter kitchen and spacious awning offering the possibility of protection from the sun. A laundry room offers all the necessary equipment: washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. The house provides bed sheets, towels and pool towels. A safe is available for your use. Free baby equipment upon request: baby bed, highchair. An electric terminal is available to recharge your car (billing depending on your consumption). On the property: tennis court (passable but not in good condition) An old washhouse, which cannot be secured, completes the charm of this property. If you are fewer, you also have the option to rent only the house without the renovated barn (see Listing Charming house with pool and jacuzzi). During the summer, weekly rental with rotation on Saturday. Note: - the proximity to the pool, even with an alarm, the hot tub and laundry require permanent supervision of children. These are under the full responsibility of the Rental Lessee; - Alcohol and the Jacuzzi do not mix - It is forbidden to use "glass" glasses in the Jacuzzi, plastic glasses are available. House Rules: - Deposit of 1000€ - Cleaning fee for check-out - Smoking is prohibited in the house but the surrounding countryside is open to you... - To allow guests who will follow you to enjoy in their turn a clean, warm and friendly house, please respect the place and the nature that surrounds you. Other things to note Whether you are athletic (possibility of golf, horseback riding, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, tree climbing), lovers of delicate dishes (many country markets, specialty of foie gras, terrine, tourtière or wine from Cahors, sweet wine...), eager to visit castles or museums (Bonaguil Castle, Biron Castle, Bergerac old town...), or simply want to relax with your family (swimming pool, tennis and jacuzzi at home), this place will satisfy you.
