This will go through their standard approval process, and once approved, they will generate a QR code that will serve as your official gate pass. The QR code is usually released on or before your check-in date. Please wait for our message once it becomes available. ✅ CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME: CHECK IN - 2PM onwards CHECK OUT - 12NN strict Please note: If you wish to check in early, you will need to book the night before your arrival. If you wish to check out late, you will need to book an additional night. We follow these times strictly to allow proper cleaning and preparation for the next guest. Thank you! ✅ LUGGAGE: No luggage area in Azure to leave your belongings ✅ PAYMENT OPTION: We have 5 Payment options available. One is a Credit Card through our Airbnb Page, Gcash , Bank Transfer, Maya and Crypto for security deposit. ✅ REVISIONS OF GUEST LIST: Once the gate pass is created and a revision for guest list is requested, there will be a charge of ₱200 per revision. (Amount will be charged before revision) ✅ CANCELLATION: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. ✅ SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of ₱1,000 is REQUIRED and will be settled upon check in as well as the remaining balance. NOTE THAT THIS IS REFUNDABLE UPON CHECK OUT. Any damages, stains, vandalism, broken or missing items, but not limited to those will be charged and deducted from the Security Deposit upon check-out. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a screenshot of your Self Check-in Email Authorization coming from us, which you must present to the concierge/lobby upon arrival in order to head to your room.
