Basement couches (bedroom 3) act as extra beds, just remove back cushions. Five minutes from Lake Ontario and Webster Park. Two minutes from Wegmans. Garage parking. The space Master bedroom has a king size bed and attached bath. The guest room has a queen size bed and bath (full tub) is close by. In the basement, there is a "play room" that has a large two section couch. These can easily be converted into two beds (just remove back cushions). These beds are super comfortable and ideal for teenagers and older children. The basement arrangement is not ideal for small children, as they need more monitoring. There are two full baths and one half bath. Other things to note Guests has full access to the entire property. There is closet space in each room, small drawer space in the night stands. The refrigerator contains many condiments and dressings that guests may use. Spices and Utensils are also available.
