Welcome to RK Homestay managed by Xplore Indo Vacation Rentals. Our cozy property is located just 8kms from Ooty, offering all the basic amenities and convenient location to explore the major tourist spots in Nilgiris. With the comfortable furnishings, fully equipped kitchen with caretake, and a private outdoor space, guests can unwind and relax after a day of sight seeing. Whether you are here for business or leisure, RK Homestay is the perfect home away from home for your next getaway. The space Location: - Located around 9kms from Ooty and 21kms from Masinagudi, our place is in a convenient location to cover the most of the tourist spots in Ooty. - All kind of cars can come to our villa. - Parking for 2 cars available. Villa: It is a 2 bedroom with separate washrooms for each bedroom. Each bedroom has Queen size beds and additional 4 floor mattresses are available for extra guests. So, we can accommodate up to 9 to 10 guests in total. Food: - We have in-house cook and vegetarian breakfast will be provided at extra cost. - Other meals (both Veg & Non-Veg) can be served with extra cost as per menu. - Please inform your food needs 3-4 hours in advance as we prepare the foods based on orders only. Facilities & Activities: - Bonfire with extra cost of INR 1000 for 2 hours. - Kids play area - Badminton play area Guest access Guest has access to entire villa, play area etc except to the Kitchen for self-cooking. Other things to note - Our villa is majorly suitable for families; However, we can accommodate friends’ group also who can follow the house rules. - Availability of Kitchen is included to notify the guests about the food availability, however self-cooking is not feasible in our villa. - The villa does not have driver accommodation. We can refer few nearby places for driver stay if needed. - Occasional power cut may happen due to bad weather or maintenance. However, the villa is equipped with UPS for basic lights. Geysers may not work during power cut. - All guests to provide ID proof (copy of Aadhar) during check-in. - Wi-Fi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - All mobile networks work fairly well. - Playing loud music, Stag events or late-night parties not allowed. - Smoking is allowed only outdoors. - Our villa is not pet friendly. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - During the summer season, some flies may expected due to season, we will try to address the same as much as possible.
