The space Located in the city of Bandarawela can be reached within 5-7 minutes from the railway station and showcases an architecturally designed colonial tea planter’s villa with two family suites. Suites of the Bungalow: 1. The villa configuration constitutes an upper suite and a lower suite. Each suite contains one bedroom with 01 double bed and the other with 02 single beds. Common Lobby facilitates private access to the bathroom from each suite room. 2. The accommodation capacity of each suite is only 04 members, enabling both suites to accommodate 08 family members. While both suites have separate sitting areas, the upper suite encompasses two overviewing balconies, and the lower suite is open to a landscaped garden. The garden of the villa provides pathways to the following units of the premises: 1. Garage & villa office, 2. Plant museum & traditional kitchen, and 3. Apartment of the villa Guest access FIVE step access to Ambathanna villa; 1. Reach the Main Roundabout of Bandarawela City, providing exits to (1) Welimada, (2) Badulla & (3) Colombo. 2. Move - - along Bandarawela - Colombo Highway- - 70 Meters 3. Proceed further - - without turning LEFT leading to Railway Station - - 90 Meters, along Bandarawela-Colombo Highway 4. When you find access to Ambatenna Estate, Turn RIGHT & Move Downwards 60 Meters, until you reach 1st Y-Junction of Ambatenna Estate. 5. Turn RIGHT again from the 1st Y-Junction & proceed 60 Meters on 1st Cross Lane until you reach Ambatenna Bungalow located within 2nd Y-Junction. Following the reception formalities, guests find entry to the villa either through the main door or garage door leading to both upper suite and lower suite.
