The space The house is located in a private plot of 1.000 metres, with private parking space, back porch and swimming pool. The house has a country style in white finish. It has two double bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed. Guest access The swimming pool is 45 metres long, accessed by stairs at the rear of the property, which is accessed from the covered rear porch of 32 metres. Other things to note The house is located 5 minutes walk from the Guadanuño reservoir and 15 minutes walk (3 minutes by bike) from the village of Cerro Muriano (supermarkets, ATMs, restaurants, pizzerias, hardware stores, etc.). There is also a bus stop one kilometre away to go to Cordoba. The access to the house from Cordoba is directly from the N-432 road (by the second entrance to Cerro Muriano) and it is a road without curves and 25 minutes from the centre of Cordoba. In addition, you can travel by taxi from the capital to the house at a regulated rate of 34 euros. Hiking enthusiasts have three very interesting routes: the Puente Nuevo Reservoir (45 minutes), Los Villares (35 minutes) and the Vértice Quarry (30 minutes).
