Guesthouse in Brier Hill

Welcome to the Blackstone Bay treehouse! Situated on the St. Lawrence, this cozy loft provides guests the opportunity to swim, boat, and enjoy all the Thousand Islands region has to offer right from their backyard. You'll stay in a private loft* featuring a small living space, bedroom, and full bath. Additionally, you will have full use (shared by me) of my private dock where you can swim, raft, relax in the sun, or even bring your boat to dock while you stay here. *2nd floor detached garage The space The newly renovated loft space feels like a cabin w/ a rustic all wood interior while heating (upstate NY mornings can be chilly!), A/C, and amenities provide all the comforts of home allowing you to have the best of both worlds ;) The property features 92 feet of pristine waterfront w/ a natural rock ledge and large fixed dock - perfect for swimming, fishing, tubing, and boating. There's a shared green space just outside the loft with adirondack chairs and a fire pit where you can bring firewood to enjoy s'mores + drinks around the campfire after a day on the water. Unit is equipped with a tea/coffee/hot cocoa maker (Keurig), microwave, toaster, and a small dining space. There is also a full size fridge in the garage that you are free to use. The bedroom has a queen size bed, black out curtains, a clothing rack, reading chair, and a 32 inch smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc.). The property is located on a hill with loft at the top, and so to access the dock you will need to go down steps (~90 steps). Please keep this before booking, especially if you have any mobility considerations! Wifi/sheets/pillows/towels all included.
