Our property is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system, and all entrances are secured with smart locks for easy and secure access. We also have smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector for your peace of mind. For added security, we have security cameras located on the outside of the home. 📜 House Rules We kindly ask our guests to respect the following rules: • No pets • Check-in after 4:00 PM • Checkout before 10:00 AM • Early and late check-ins/check-outs are available for an additional $50 each for up to 2 hours • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM • Self-check-in with smart lock • No smoking or lighting of anything cigarette and charcoal related inside the home • No parties allowed • The property holds up to 21 guests during the day but only 12 can stay overnight. No additional guests are allowed. • Please park up to 4 cars in the driveway in front of the home and avoid parking on the street. • The fireplace located in the home is currently off limits • All garbage, trash, and debris must be placed in securely fastened and tied plastic bags and deposited in the trash can inside the house in the kitchen. 🏘️ Neighborhood Our home is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors, many of whom have small children. Please watch out for any children playing in the street nearby as you enter and exit the driveway. There is one between the 1st and 2nd bedroom. the other is directly across from it under the stairs. ● The Garage is off limits as well. All are locked with a secure lock accessed by a key. Please do not attempt access to these areas. I can be reached via messaging through here unless verbal conversation is needed the you can send me your number. ● Please understand this is a home and not a hotel. Using all 3 showers simultaneously will cause the hot water heater to run out of hot water and will need a few mins to reheat the water. I do offer a discount for returning guest who leaves my home in good condition
