Guest access You will have full access to the entire property, including the pool area, backyard, and all indoor spaces. We kindly ask for no parking in the garage space but please use it as a recreational area. Other things to note Before proceeding, please review the following important information. - The primary guest making the reservation must be 18 years of age or older. - The home accommodates up to 8 overnight occupants with a maximum of six adults. The additional two guests must be children aged 13 or younger. This limit must be strictly adhered to. If you plan to have unregistered guests visit, please inform and seek approval from the hosts in advance. - Parties are not permitted in this residence. While our home is designed for gatherings and creating lasting memories with groups, it is not designated as a party venue. We are situated in a peaceful, family-oriented neighborhood, and we kindly request that noise levels, particularly in the outdoor areas, are kept to a minimum after 10 PM. This respect extends to our neighbors and the community, and we enforce these guidelines diligently. Please be aware that we utilize noise monitoring devices to ensure compliance with these regulations. - No loud noises are permitted between 10 PM and 8 AM as per city regulations. - The city imposes a maximum limit of 3 vehicles allowed at the property at any given time. There is a designated 3-car driveway and all vehicles must be parked within it. Parking on the grass, sidewalk, or street is strictly prohibited. - According to city ordinance, registered sexual offenders are not permitted on the premises. - Regrettably, our residence is not pet-friendly. However, if you require a service animal, please notify us in advance, as they are welcome. - In order to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the house, certain services are regularly performed, which may briefly impact your stay: * The pool is serviced once a week. The pool company will notify you of their visit and will only access the backyard through the side gate. They will never enter the interior of the house. Please note that schedules may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. * Landscaping is conducted twice a month. The landscaping company will first attend to the front yard and then inform you of their visit to the backyard. Similar to the pool service, they will use the side entrance to the backyard and will not enter the house. Schedule adjustments may occur due to unexpected factors. * A bimonthly fumigation service is performed in order to keep the native insects of our area outdoors. This service is non-toxic to humans. * Please note that iguanas may be seen in the City of Ft Lauderdale but they try their best to avoid us. - City trash pickup occurs twice a week, while recycling collection takes place once a week. A third part company comes to our home to roll the bins out and back in. Please understand that it is not feasible to provide each reservation with empty bins due to scheduling limitations. - Check-in time is guaranteed at 4 PM, but feel free to contact us to inquire about the possibility of an earlier check-in, if feasible. We are happy to accommodate whenever possible. * A/C During Summer: Our home features an older but well-maintained air conditioning system. During the hottest summer afternoons, it is designed to maintain the home at approximately 76°F, which is considered normal for the unit. Ceiling fans and portable fans are also provided for additional comfort if desired.
