Our spacious two bedroom, 2 bath home is only a 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops, the Presidio and town of TUBAC!! (One room Casita on the premises can be rented separately). Birdwatch in the shade of the cottonwood trees on the Anza Trail along the Santa Cruz river. Or watch the sun rise or set over the Santa Rita mountains from the elevated backyard with a screened in patio. Our Bungalow is delightful and warm and will sleep 2 couples. Comfortable beds, view, porches, and close to town! There is a VIEW of the Santa Rita Mtns. and a home office desk in the Primary bedroom, secondary bedroom has a view of the inner patio, Simply delightful! Also a screened in patio to watch the sunrise and be outside without the bugs. Many use this for coffee outside in the mornings. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. 5 minute walk to Tubac shops and restaurants. Guests have the whole home and garage. (The Casita on the premises is rented separately and has a parking spot in the driveway of the home and a shared front patio). We are here for help, but try to not interfere with guests enjoyment of their friends and family on our property. If you need anything we are only moments away and can be contacted by phone which is on the WELCOME LETTER. This is in the Barrio (Neighborhood) that is closest to Tubac and the Presidio in Tubac and so much more. (All homes were built in 2002) Just one block and you are at fine restaurants, the Market, Wine-Tasting, Cowgirl Ugly gathering bar, and a coffee shop! All you need to do is walk one block North, or drive your vehicle to reach the town that's slogan is "WHERE ART AND HISTORY MEET". Parking in town is free and available. Parking at our Barrio Bungalow is a double car garage. Any extra cars either need to be in the driveway or off the street parking overnight. It is ok to park on the street during the day. We have a view of the Santa Rita Mountains and the Whipple observatory. This is also a dark sky community so you can see plenty of stars! Also we have a screened in porch! And a beautiful backyard. A very lovely home indeed.
