"CASA TIPICA" Heart of Merritt Island! Completely Remodeled home in a secluded and very quiet neighborhood. Television, Internet and Wi-Fi included. Fully Equipped with your pans, plates, cups, toaster, coffee makers, smoothie blender. Spend the day at the beach, browsing the shops at nearby Cocoa Village, or relaxing at the pool. We provide bathroom amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The back yard has a gas grill, seating, inground pool and is fenced in. The space Spacious Kitchen, dining and living room area with sliding glass door access to the backyard Primary Bedroom- queen bed with (2) nightstands, (1) dresser, large closet and private bathroom. Second Bedroom- queen bed with (2) nightstands, (1) dresser, large closet Third Bedroom- Trundle bed is full size, and the pull out trundle is a twin. The bedroom has a closet. Guest room/ office- Has a twin sized sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. This is a great room to work remotely, read or get other work done. Washer & Dryer are located in the 1-car garage Guest access You will receive a keypad code after booking. Feel free to park in the driveway. The Driveway can only fit 2 cars if you can park close. Feel free to park in the road if you must. Other things to note Our neighbors cats like to visit. Their names are Moonlight and Levi. Do not be alarmed if you see them hanging out, or sitting on our window ledges. They are friendly and like to be fed treats. The pool heater is turn on sometime in November until the middle of April and is heated to 80-82 degrees. The pool heater runs from 8am until 8pm (only when the pool pump is running) We have Tommy Bahama beach chairs in the garage and pool/ beach towels that you are welcome to use!
