Other things to note Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with 'Truvi or Know Your Guest', the leading vacation rental guest- screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a £200 refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. Additional guests over 4 are charged at a rate of £15 per night per head. Superior quality linen and towels are provided. A mid stay maid service is available on request for clean and change in linen, this would be an additional cost. Child cots, highchairs and stair gates are also available at no extra cost and subject to availability. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).
