The apartment boasts an elegant style, providing guests with a comfortable and visually appealing environment. Inside the apartment, you'll find a flat-screen TV for entertainment, a cozy seating area, free WIFI. The private bathroom has a shower, a hairdryer, and towels for your convenience. The kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped - perfect for making meals from the fresh produce bought at the famous rue Montorgueil street market. If you prefer to dine out, there are grocery stores and restaurants within a short distance of 100 meters from the apartment, making it convenient to find a variety of dining options. Other things to note The check-in assistant will meet the guests at the property on the day of their arrival. Financial Documentation (for stays exceeding 30 nights): Proof of sufficient funds to cover rent, such as: * Tax declarations, or * Recent pay slips, or * Bank account statements. Deposit: A damage deposit is required but will not be cashed. This will be handled through our banking partner. Lease and Inventory Process: * A Mobility Lease (or civil lease) will be sent to you via email once the required documents are submitted. * A property inventory will be conducted upon both arrival and departure. Check-Out Options: * Self check-out: Instructions will be provided for completing self check-out. * Assisted check-out: Opt for an assisted check-out with a full inventory inspection for a fee starting from €35, payable upon departure.
