Luxury Home in the heart of Conwy with Hot tub

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located luxury room in a home. We are located at the end of a peaceful cul de sac only 5 mins drive from the coast and 15 drive from Snowdonia National Park! Ideal for hikers and a getaway. Freshly decorated bedroom and brand new en-suite. Dip into the private hot tub located in the back garden where you can relax, unwind and enjoy being surrounded by nature. The reception room has a log burner and a White Grand Piano (you are welcome to play). The space This is a room ( bedroom with en-suite) in a home with access to a downstairs toilet with top spec fittings. You are welcome to make use of the fridge and make a tea / coffee etc. However, as you see from the listing the kitchen is not included and therefore not available for guests to use crockery, for cooking and make use of facilities. You can gain access to the back garden by walking through the kitchen / sunroom to use the hot tub. However, the rest of the property (rooms) are not for guest use. Guest access You can access the property through the front door and use the staircase to enter you bedroom - door right in front of you on top of the landing. All other rooms upstairs are not for guest use. You can gain access downstairs to the kitchen for use of fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Also gain access to the reception room where you will find the grand piano. However, as you see from the listing the kitchen is not included and therefore not available for guests to use for cooking and use the facilities. You can gain access to the back garden through the sunroom ( via kitchen) to use the hot tub. During your stay We are out most of the time during your stay. However, we live at the property and don’t mind if guests want to interact with us or not. Other things to note The property is a 5 minute walk from the bus and train station however please check timetables for times. There is a shop and local pub down the road ( 2 minutes walk). Also a great garden centre (5 minute walk) that serves breakfast all morning and lunch and afternoon teas. Great selection of cakes and hot drinks. There is also a local vending milkshake (contactless pay) machine (5 minute walk) that is open 24 hours. That serves hot drinks, milkshakes and cakes. If you enjoy walking you can walk to Llandudno Junction (20 mins) or Conwy (30 mins). However, you will require transport to get around as this is a peaceful village on the outskirts of Conwy and Llandudno.
