Rate covers M10 pax and 4 children below 6yrs old. You can pay excess on site at 880 per pax with breakfast. All bookings have free breakfast, beach and pool access. Free wifi, Smart TV, free gym, kayak for 3hrs per day. The space The French Villa is our beach front vacation home, a residential retreat where we can all recharge our energies away from the city. When we are not home, we open up the calendar to share this small, personal paradise to friends, families and to those who wish to experience the villa, to create bond with your group and enjoy nature that surrounds the villa. The French Villa Santander offers a healthy air, stunning views of sunrise and a guaranteed relaxing, fun stays with loved ones. This is perfect for families, friends or team retreats. The kitchen is well-fitted and fully equipped for your convenience in preparing your meals. Microwave oven, electric oven, gas grill, gas stove to whip up sumptuous dishes for your family and friends. Basic condiments are provided and others are for sale in the pantry. POOL: This exclusive infinity designed pool is perfect for those who wants to cool down. The specially made tempered glass showcasing a see-through pool is unique and fun for photos but not designed to receive additional pressure and impact hence strenuous activities and jumping are strictly not allowed as to avoid accidents of guests and damage to property. We have no lifeguard on duty, please watch over your children. This is 4 feet deep, about 12meters long 2.5 meters wide. Only SALT + UV TREATMENT to disinfect the pool. High end technology chlorinator converts the salt into a natural disinfectant. Soft and gentle to eyes, skin and hair. A chlorinator adds chlorine to drinking water to eliminate parasites, bacteria, and viruses. Pls don’t mind the saltiness in the water, it’s a processed, disinfected sea water. HEADCOUNT: The nightly rate includes 10 guests to (4 children below 4yrs are free, excess childrne will be charge at 600per child per night, 6-12yrs old is also 600 per child per night. The rate includes a Free Breakfast and is served between 7am-10am with a menu that needs to be filled up the night prior. Suite Names and bed configuration: Sophia Suite: 2nd floor same level as pool, kitchen, livingroom and beach access. With 1 King bed, we can add floor matress, with ensuite bathroom. Can sleep 4. Lucie Suite At 3rd floor, queen bed with ensuite bathroom, balcony with tub, sofa bed and we can add floor matress. Can sleep 4. Luna Suite- 2 sets of bunker (single top, double size bottom) beds that can sleep 3 each. +Pull out beds, +bench-beds. Can sleep 12 pax. Marie Suite: King Bed, ensuite bathroom, pullout bed, Bench beds. Can sleep 4. Please confirm number of heads if more as there’s corresponding fees, our reasonable amount per extra guest to help us cover cost in cooling, towels, breakfast, toiletries, building amenity and provide better experience overall. Please identify the correct number of guest upon booking to avoid inconvenience upon check in. Also we need list of names and Id of all guests checking in and excess not paid here will be charged on site. Common amenity (shared): Beach Ground pool Garden Gym Parking Disclaimer: Our neighbor is building and may have noise between 8am-5pm Mon-Sat, we will monitor their noise to bare minimum. SMOKING and Vaping IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE VILLA, 200USD penalty. Please exit the maindoor and smoke/vape at the interior street.
