Other things to note The apartment villa "Lüttjeod" was extensively renovated a few years ago and now offers the perfect place for your next vacation. The house is located directly opposite the train station and impresses with its high-quality furnishings and fittings. On the ground floor there is also a private café. Apartment 11 has a size of 38 m² and is divided into a large living/dining and sleeping area with a kitchenette and a bathroom. It is therefore perfect for 1-2 people. The one-room apartment is particularly impressive with its large, floor-to-ceiling windows – making it very bright, visually larger and offering a beautiful view of the countryside. In the middle of the room is the large, cozy double bed (180 x 200 cm). In a large closet you can easily store your luggage for your vacation. Entertainment is provided by a TV and a Bluetooth speaker. The dining table and armchair complete the decor in the apartment. In the entrance area there is the fully equipped kitchenette with a 2-plate induction stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Next to the main room you will find the bathroom. It is equipped with a large shower, toilet, hairdryer and towel heater. Underfloor heating also provides pleasant warmth after the shower. The large windows can be opened so far that you can enjoy cozy evening or morning hours with fresh sea air even without a balcony. For those who prefer it dark at night, there are curtains everywhere in front of the windows. In the house there is a laundry room where a washing machine and dryer can be used jointly. WiFi can be used free of charge in the apartment. The house has an elevator, so you can easily reach the apartment with your luggage. No pets are allowed in this apartment.
