Bailey House 3331

Welcome to Bailey House--built over 100 years ago. The house includes 3 bedrooms (two with queen beds and one with single) and one bathroom. It's located in the town of Louisville TN. The house is located within a short driving distance of several interesting spots including; FT Loudon Lake (Louisville Landing Marina is 0.5 miles away) McGhee Tyson Airport (10 minutes away) Downtown Knoxville (30 minutes away) Great Smoky Mountains (45 minutes away) The space This house belonged to my grandparents. It is over 100 years old. I updated the plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical, while trying to maintain the charm of an old home. The original floors are hardwood and a warped in a few areas. When I converted to a rental I covered the wood floors to protect them but they are still warped to keep the old home feel. Guest access You can access the entire house other than the basement. It is not finished and the stairs are very steep so, I keep it locked for guests safety. Also, there is an old barn / garage in the backyard. It is not safe so please stay out. You are welcome to hike around the property but I haven’t cut any trails yet. Other things to note You will need to be able to climb steps to reach the front door (see pictures)
