While we carry out thorough cleaning and inspections before each check-in, it is difficult to completely prevent this due to the natural surroundings. We kindly ask for your understanding, and recommend that guests who are particularly sensitive to insects take this into consideration when making a reservation. ・No noise is allowed after 21:00. Please close the door and windows of your room and enjoy chatting indoors after 21:00. ・Our facility is a fully unmanned hotel. We do not provide room service, additional amenities, and also room cleaning service. ・Amenities (bath towels・face towels) are prepared only one set per person. ・All rooms are Non-smoking. Ashtrays are prepared at the entrance or on the terrace, so you can smoke only outside. ・Setting off fireworks within the facility premises is prohibited. ・Pets are not allowed.
