At the property itself there is room for one car in the attached garage. However, if you have two smaller cars its possible to squeeze both in. We provide one garage door opener for your convenience. Per HOA rules: please do not park cars overnight in front of the garage It is free to park cars in the parking spaces on Calle Cuervo during the day but there is no overnight parking during the hours from 12 AM to 5 AM. Security patrols nightly and you can receive a ticket and possible tow. Additional cars can be parked for free overnight on Avenida San Pablo. The beach and downtown can best be accessed by personal vehicles, bikes, and UBER. It is possible to walk or run but it is an uphill climb back to the property. There is a terrific 2.3 mile long walking beach trail that takes you along the pristine San Clemente coastline. This trail begins at the San Clemente State Beach which is only a little over a mile from the property. Along the trail there are two Amtrak stops, one at the San Clemente pier and the other one in North Beach with service between Los Angeles and San Diego. There are amazing hiking and biking trails sprinkled all around the hills of San Clemente. Additionally, there is a free trolly that makes a loop from downtown San Clemente to the San Clemente Outlets.
