The space This impressive house is laid out over three spacious floors with floor to ceiling glass frontage. First Floor: The main floor of the house has a beautiful open plan space which is wonderful for groups getting away together. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the large dining table is perfect for meals together and board game nights. The seating area is cosy and the double doors open out to the gorgeous patio for evening barbeques. The trendy bar corner is a bonus addition. This floor also has a separate stylish living room with TV and unique glass walls. There is also a luxury king sized bedroom and shared bathroom on the first floor. Second Floor: The spiral staircase leads you from the kitchen area up to the second floor where the pool table is situated. This has a mezzanine feel with balcony overlooking the kitchen below. There is a separate large movie room with 75 inch tv and a large cosy L-shaped couch. Ground Floor: This in the entry level with 4 deluxe bedrooms. 1. Master suite with superking bed , ensuite and doors to patio. 2. King bedroom to front with doors to patio. 3. King bedroom to rear with ensuite bathroom 4. Supercool Bunk room - 4 small double bunks. Fun for kids to share or adults can use the bottom bunks. Additional shared bathroom with bathtub and shower. Utility room with washer, dryer and doors to rear parking area. Guest access You have access to the entire house and grounds. Other things to note There is no phone signal here, but wifi is good for whats app calling etc. There are many stairs and upstairs living spaces so not suitable for toddlers or those with mobility issues.
