Designed for relaxation, the living room features a comfortable sofa and love seat and a large smart TV with all your favorite streaming services included. In the ottoman, you’ll find games for young and old. Our home features three elegantly furnished bedrooms, including two with king-sized beds and one with a queen-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with its own AC unit to ensure a comfortable night's sleep and room darkening curtains for those mornings you’d rather sleep in. The beds are made with high-quality 12 inch memory foam mattresses, crisp linens, and plush pillows ensuring a restful and rejuvenating stay. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishes provided. Whether you're cooking a big family dinner or whipping up a quick breakfast before heading out for the day, you'll find the tools you need in our kitchen. We have free street parking in front of the house and it’s always easy to get a spot right out front. Nestled where the Chesapeake Bay meets the Susquehanna River, Havre de Grace is a charming historic town - known for its waterfront views, scenic trails, parks,museums, events, restaurants - and so much more! Our house is situated between two friendly neighbors on a quiet, well lit, and safe street. We are walking distance from 7-11 and the wine and spirits store for those last minute items. We are also 2 blocks from the police station as well. We feel completely safe walking home from dinner at night. The best thing about Havre de Grace is you can walk just about everywhere you need to go, but there’s also a fun electric trolley you can catch for a unique tour of the city. All you need to do is turn left at our front door and walk two blocks and you’ll find shops, restaurants, and the beautiful water views. We want to be upfront with our guests about the potential for noise in our neighborhood. While we love our location and the convenience it offers, we do want to make you aware that there is an occasional barking dog in the area and an elevated train that passes by a few times a day. While these noises don't bother us, we understand that they may be disruptive for some guests. We have taken steps to mitigate noise as much as possible, including installing a 6-foot privacy fence around our patio area. Please note, however, that the fence is shared with our neighbor, who also has a dog that may occasionally bark.
