Description

*Complete remodel as of Sept 2022 brand new inside. All new furniture as well. *Very large 4 bedroom / 4 bath home *10 beds - sleeps up 16 *Private pool / across street from the beach. Beachview from 2nd floor deck. Corner of Gulf Blvd & E Bahama *2nd kitchen downstairs off pool with gas grill *Perfect set up for 2 or 3 families. Kitchen flows to living area & 2nd floor deck overlooking pool amazing entertain space IMPORTANT - must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking. The space Perfect beach rental for multi-generational and/or multiple family use. We call it the Bahama Mama House as so large This home is directly across the street from the beach & offers a partial beach view from the 2nd floor. *Free Parking Off Street The public beach access point is super close. This is like 2 houses in one due to the 2 kitchens and just so so much indoor/outdoor space Private pool with 2nd outdoor kitchen & seating + 2 outdoor showers and a bathroom outside ground floor. A gas grill is provided though we do ask you bring your own LP tank or pick one up at the local gas station as we do not provide that. Everything is new inside top to bottom including all appliances & furniture While the pool is private, please understand it is smaller in size and not suitable for like swimming laps, it is more suitable hanging out but so so fun down there with that kitchen, grill, full sized fridge for your party beverages and the shower. This home was totally gutted & remodeled (finish date Sept 17th 2022) from top to bottom. Property has a large driveway & extra parking suitable for up to 4 vehicles plus max 1 additional golf cart (or delete a car for more space). As you enter ground floor through main entrance, you will see a patio door to the left that goes out to the pool. Down here there are 3 spacious bedrooms with 3 bathrooms with walk in showers and tons of beds. 2 of the downstairs bedrooms have exterior patio doors that you can walk out to the pool privately - no view of pool however from them. There is a washer & dryer in garage for guest use.. The garage is a small 1 car but it is superb for putting all your beach gear away like pop up tents, etc. there are 5.5 bathrooms - plenty but great for large families. Upstairs on second floor is the kitchen, living room, a stand alone full bathroom, and the master bedroom with it's own massive bathroom and walk in closet. Unique to this home, the master bedroom has a king bed, and a "nook" with a bunk bed that is actually "queen over queen" sized beds, which great for mom & dads with small kids that may want to stay close. The brand new kitchen & island opens up beautifully to the living room, which then opens to huge windows to the outside and a glass patio door to the outside 2nd story deck. This deck adds plenty of space so the entire family can enjoy the upstairs/downstairs pool area as one unit. While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router. Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up From the 2nd floor deck you can enjoy partial Gulf of Mexico (ocean) views. It is also perfect for those that want to watch kiddos in the pool downstairs from above. There is an external stairwell as well from the deck to the pool below. Please message me for our active military as well as off season discounts Sept 2 to Dec 22nd While airbnb only allows a max of 16 people, this home we do allow up to 18 guests. This is the strict maximum. Please do not contact asking for more it is not allowed due to local ordinance & we would have to evict with no refunds if it is not maintained, very sorry :) The washer and dryer are in the garage and there is a different code to access it we provide if desired at checking Exact bedding: King Bed - Master Bedroom 2nd floor (2) queen sized beds as a bunk in Master bedroom nook Sleeper sofa sitting room ground floor suitable for 2 small kids or 1 adult Queen in 2nd "master" ground floor Bunk room: 2 queen over queen mattresses as a bunk bed downstairs bedroom 1 Twin over twin bunk beds in same bedroom as queen over queen Futon Also, the living room and bedrooms feel free to bring extra bedding/air beds as you see fit though not provided. Towels & linens are provided. Kitchen is fully equipped. Please understand that there is one flight of stairs to get upstairs to the living room and kitchen. We do have a small courtyard for hanging out as well. This is a family home and not a party spot. We do understand that bachelorette to girls weekends, fishing buddies etc come in, and people do drink but loud noises including music by the pool, parties, or unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with zero refunds. This will not be tolerated, sorry to sound strict it's not that bad but not in our new home. Family reunions / birthday party / "BBQs" with registered guests 100% great. Unregistered guests invited over ....not allowed. Tents on property are not allowed, weddings, etc. Sorry - we get massive requests for this. IMPORTANT DETAILS - you absolutely MUST agree to ALL house rules PRIOR to booking. If you have any questions, please ask prior to booking. We have a strict no cancel policy. This property and listing does require a few things after the booking is made on Airbnb: Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements. Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements City of South Padre Short Term Occupancy Permit Number available upon request. This home is professionally managed locally by South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd, please note our office is open 7 days a week 10 am to 5 pm. Guest access We use elocks so it is contactless check in. South Padre Trips office is located at 2600 Padre Blvd should you need anything very close buy. No unregistered guests are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Loud noises, including music, are never permitted. At check-out, please set the thermostat to 78 degrees, start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes, and take out the trash. Failure to do so may result in an excessive cleaning fee. Free off-street parking is available for up to four vehicles, plus one golf cart.
