Family home in the countryside

We'd love to host you in our home, where we live the rest of the year with our 2 daughters aged 13 and 11. Located in a small locality between Cos and Saint-Martin-de-Caralp, about ten minutes' drive to Foix. Guests can enjoy the Ariège countryside, garden, swimming pool, views of the valley and mountains, in complete tranquility. The space The accommodation is spread over a single level overlooking the terrace, the garden and the pool are below. It is composed of: - A large living room with sofa, TV, large dining table, overlooking an open kitchen and its island with bar stools. - Three bedrooms with closets - A bathroom with walk-in shower The living room opens onto a large terrace with outdoor dining table, garden seating area and gas BBQ. Going down the stairs from the terrace or from the side of the house, you will have access to the garden and pool. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and grounds, with the exception of the garage, but you will be able to park several vehicles on the property without difficulty. The entrance to the house is via a gravel path and a single step to climb, access on the garden side is via stairs to the terrace, with a lockable gate at the top. Other things to note If necessary, a baby cot and other baby items that we still have at home will be made available, as well as some board games of our children. Please note that the garden is not fenced on the field side.
