The space We're all looking for venues that add value to our experience, and we believe our luxury space will do just that. The attention to detail and comfort are noticed throughout the apartment. This apartment is located on the penthouse level on the 10th floor and is only a short walk/uber from Broadway, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone arena, Nissan Stadium, and the Convention Center. With two King Beds and one luxury air mattress this is a great space for a family or group of friends. The suite features 10' ceilings and over sized windows with views of the Nashville skyline, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washer and dryer. The New apartment complex acts as a hotel with endless amenities, including rooftop lounge (7th & 8th Floors), community pool (3rd floor), fire pits, smoker-style grills, private guarded paid parking space(s), community coffeehouse, state of the art fitness center (3rd floor), yoga room (3rd floor). There is no electric vehicle charging stations located at the property. Lastly, please note that as our city grows, construction/train noise can be heard at times. ONLY ONE KEY FOB PROVIDED DURING YOUR STAY Guest access You'll have access to our entire apartment, as well as the courtyard, gym, rooftop lounge, game/billiards room. *You’ll also have access to our resort style pool, but we are not responsible for maintenance delays and/or accidents that do happen around the pool that may require proper care for safety. No refunds will be given for Pool Closure* One Key Fob will be issued for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Parking There is paid parking on the premises for your vehicle(s). The fee is 30 dollars per day per vehicle. That fee covers unlimited in and out privileges. Please provide me your license plate number, year, make, model, color, and state of license plate if you plan on having a vehicle(s) present. I have to manually update it in the system to avoid any parking issues. The community enforces a strong policy for unauthorized cars such as potential tickets, boot, or towing the car.
