Other things to note Every Saturday from 11 am to 4 pm there is a party; it is during the day and in the square. This is the Villa de Las Rosas Producers and Artisans Fair: about 7 years ago the first three or four stalls were set up; today it is the nicest, most inviting and colorful shopping walk in the valley. The food deserves a separate chapter and makes the walk complete. Most of the options are to eat on the go, although nothing prevents you from sitting on a bench in the square and having gnocchi or a portion of locro for lunch (you can bring your own dishes to avoid disposables). Everything is delicious, freshly made, tasty and varied: there are juices, smoothies and sweet things. Venezuelan arepas (stuffed with meat or vegetarian), empanadas, stuffed chapatis, shawarma, tacos, cakes... ideal for snacking while we walk from stall to stall. What else can we say? If you don't know the fair, go... and if you haven't visited it in a while, come back. Villa de las Rosas has various trails to get to know its nature in all its aspects, which is why it is known as the Capital of Hiking and is an ideal place to get to know the Traslasierra Valley in detail.
