Located on the Pieterpad is our beautiful house, of which we offer the upper floor. Ideally suited for hiking, cycling, enjoying the tranquility, nature and golfing (Rijk van Nijmegen). Also, a visit to Nijmegen or Groesbeek or Kleve by bike is easy to do. Dutch/German public transportation is a 15-minute walk away. A short distance away are the Mtb trails of Groesbeek and Reichswald. A guided tour is possible in consultation. The space You have access to a kitchenette with double induction hob, oven, kettle, Cafissimo from Tchibo and refrigerator. There is also a dining table with chairs. Furthermore, there is a cozy seating area with a comfortable sofa and two chairs. You can also use a roof terrace with beautiful views and sun until late in the evening. The bathroom is equipped with shower, bathtub, toilet, urinal and a double sink. The bedrooms have a comfortable double bed. CAUTION: WHEN BOOKING FOR TWO PEOPLE, YOU BOOK ONE DOUBLE ROOM!! IF YOU WISH TO HAVE AN EXTRA ROOM, YOU MUST INDICATE THIS IN ADVANCE, AND THIS WILL COST €25 FOR EXTRA CLEANING COSTS, WHICH CAN BE PAID IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL. Guest access The top floor/apartment. Other things to note *Upon entering, take off your shoes and place them on the shoe rack. *No loud music after 10 p.m. *When leaving, always close the balcony door and lock the front door, and put the key back in the key box! *Turn off the lights and heating when leaving.
