Welcome to Memmingen, the gateway to the Allgäu! Our modern loft is located in the historic old town. Numerous shops as well as cafés, restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity. Centrally yet quietly located, our loft offers a spacious living experience on a total of 78 square meters. The A7 and A96 motorways, the Munich-Lindau-Zurich and Dortmund-Oberstdorf railway lines and Memmingen Airport make the region easily accessible and attractive for excursions. The space Our loft is on the first floor and is easily accessible by stairs or (passenger) elevator. Facing the green courtyard, it is divided into a large living/dining area with an open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. All areas and rooms are modern and of high quality. The living/dining area has a comfortable (sleeping) couch (lying area: 150cm x 200cm), a coffee table, a sideboard and a smart TV. Video streaming or game streaming services (e.g. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+ or Xbox Cloud Gaming and NVIDIA GeForce NOW) can be used via Bring Your Own Account (BYOA). An Xbox wireless controller is also available. There is also a dining table with 4 seats. The open kitchen impresses with its size. Equipped with a coffee machine (Nespresso Pixie), a milk frother (Nespresso Aeroccino 3), a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment as well as high-quality crockery and numerous utensils, it leaves nothing to be desired. The bedroom includes a king-size box spring bed (lying area: 180cm x 200cm), a bedside table, a partially open wardrobe, a dressing mirror and two suitcase stands for easy storage of luggage. The bathroom has a spacious shower, a bench, a large vanity, a modern toilet and a shelf. A hair dryer is also available. Guest access All areas of the loft are accessible and reserved for exclusive use. Foreign guests, who are to be listed by name on the registration form, must identify themselves by presenting a valid identity document (recognized and valid passport or passport substitute) when registering. Sensors used: In our loft, a Minut-sensor is mounted on the ceiling of the living area. Minut only collects information on noise levels, the environment (temperature and humidity) and occupancy (motion and the number of mobile devices in the vicinity). This data is presented to us as graphs and numbers, not images or recordings. Neither we nor others have access to sensitive guest data.
