Located within walking distance to great resorts like Johnson's, Deerfoot, and Deer Run to grab a drink and a bite to eat. Completely renovated Dogs considered, scroll to bottom for details BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: With a total of 5 bedrooms & 3 baths, everyone will have their space. On the main floor is 3 King bedrooms (master with ensuite) and a guest bath. On the lower level, you will find one Queen bedroom, one Bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds (twins over queens), and a full bath (with tub for the little ones). LIVING SPACES: In our home you will find a Chef's kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials and more. Inside dining will accommodate up to 12. Included on the main floor is a large screen smart TV, gas fireplace and plenty of windows surrounding the open concept area. The lower level is complete with a second living room with smart TV, DVD player, wet bar, second fridge, and games area. There is a chess table, dart board and selection of board games. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience. OUTSIDE: Lakeside you will find an expansive deck with outdoor dining and a separate seating area with a fire table. You will have a gas grill (propane provided) and a large electric smoker. There’s a large grassy space with room for games (corn hole & lawn darts available) and a firepit with lots of chairs for nightly campfires with smores. Stairs lead down to a new dock with deep water at the end of the pier. Catch crappie right off the dock. Swim and sunbathe on the dock complete with swim ladder and deck chairs. If our kayaks, and XL Lily pad are there at the dock then they are available for your group to use at no extra charge! 30 foot dock available for your boat. Launch ramp is 1 mile down the road. Plenty of space for parking cars and trailers on our property. Nearby resorts offer pontoon and fishing boat rentals (but they book up fast so make sure to reserve early). Snowmobile from the house on a legal snowmobile Rd, ¼ mile to the trail!INCLUDED in your rental you will find: Bed linens along with extra blankets. Bath, hand, and kitchen towels, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Dish soap and dishwasher pods, ground coffee, coffee filters, (traditional coffee maker plus a Keurig, bring your own K cups) cleaning supplies, propane. You must bring your own beach towels! Do not take bath towels to the lake. Ample amounts of the above will be provided but if you run out they will not be replenished. We have the ONLY internet available to us in the area, it is decent when there are just a few users. With larger groups and everyone connected it can be slow. We usually can stream Netflix without an issue. Internet will be upgraded whenever it becomes available but remember this is the Northwoods! Limited cell service depending on your provider. The bath towels provided are only to be used inside and not taken outside to be used as beach towels. Sorry but no instant booking. Short stays sometimes available in the prime summer season which do not always require 1 week rentals as most cottages do in the summer.. If your exact dates show as unavailable, reach out and we may be able to accommodate by adjusting our dates as we use home frequently. **Pets.....we will consider allowing up to 2 dogs MAX with some rules. Unfortunately we have had problems with allowing dog rentals so need to be strict on enforcing the rules. We are dog people and love to travel with our pet. They can not roam free to wander on neighboring properties, there is a cable and stake to tie up unless they will stay by your side. There is an XL crate for you to use if you have a dog that can not be left unattended (puppies, destructive dogs) You must pick up and dispose of their poop. Please do not allow dogs on the furniture, if they are like our dog and will jump on the couch or bed anyway then please bring old blankets/sheets to cover the furniture. . Nearby resorts You'll definitely need a car to get here and get around but you are within walking distance to a few the resorts.
