All bedrooms are on the second floor: Primary bedroom: California king with memory foam pillow-top mattress 2nd bedroom: Queen with memory foam pillow-top mattress 3rd bedroom: 2 twins Living room: Queen sofa bed We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies. Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care. For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense. No pets, parties, candles, incense, or smoking on the property. The roof is also off-limits to guests as it is very dangerous. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM.
