Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms-one full size bed upstairs, two twin bed and a huge bean bag which fits 2 adults, also includes smart tv and sliding doors which lead to balcony. Downstairs is another bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen/dining area and living room with 70” smart tv. Golf cart, ping pong table. Boat ramps at park are now open. Covered parking for 2 cars. The space House near promontory park in a quiet neighborhood-2 levels with 2 beds upstairs and a trundle and a large bean bag with balcony. Downstairs there is another bedroom and laundry area, kitchen and living/dining area. Linens and towels available. Guest access Entire home. Bean bag toss game. Life jackets and standing (foam)paddle board (holds up to 200lbs)Rolling Coleman cooler to pack for lake day, beach towels and Bluetooth speaker. Golf cart available to use for small one time fee but promontory park does not allow use on their grounds but you can use at public access down the road. Outdoor chairs stored in garage along with fire pit. There are several board games to play if you plan on staying in. Other things to note Medium size dog kennel and bowls for your pet available to use so no need to pack your own.
