5 minutes from Siena, Villa Pera's elegantly-appointed, light-filled rooms, charming courtyard and lush formal gardens offer guests a unique oasis in the country only a stone's throw from Siena. Breakfast in the courtyard, stroll the estate's grounds and orchards (9 ha/23 acres), pop into Siena for a visit to the Cathedral or shopping in via Montanini, lounge by the gorgeous pool, sip an aperitivo at sunset and dine under the stars on the estate's wines and organic produce. The space From the courtyard, adorned with potted hortensias and jasmine pergolas, the main entrance opens onto a welcoming central hall, off of which open the beautiful new kitchen, the elegant dining room, a study, a double living room and the downstairs bedroom suite. Upstairs, the central living room opens onto four bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms and two that share a bathroom. Guest access The entire villa is at the disposal of the guests, as are the courtyard, formal gardens, pool, pool terrace and gardens and the surrounding land and orchards. The caretakers live on the estate in a separate cottage, and the ground floor of the villa (the basement, accessed from the north side of the property and a separate entrance) houses the small winery. Other things to note Breakfast is prepared every day except Sunday.
