We are located a mile from Stratford Upon Avon town centre, it is a 20 min stroll either by road or along the River Avon. A 5 min walk to the racecourse. Guest access The property is walking distance to mainly Stratford upon Avon highlights such as Anne Hathaway's cottage, The Royal Shakespeare Company and Shakespeare's birthplace. We are just around the corner from the Racecourse. If you want to explore further, we are easy distance by car to the Cotswolds, many national trust properties. It is 20 minutes by car to Warwick castle. Stratford is a town with a lot going on, with festivals and fairs throughout the year. Markets are held in the town on a weekly basis. Great annual events such as the Literary festival and Shakespeare's Birthday.
