The Sanctuary

Nestled in the Private SpiritWood Lake Community, this little patch of heaven offers 3 acres of peaceful serenity with access to walking/horse trails right from the backyard. Enjoy the sunset from the spacious back deck as you grill up something delicious, or relax on the oversized outdoor furniture on the lower poured patio and engage in conversation with those in the hot tub. If you are interested in star gazing.. oh boy, you’re in for a treat. The space You are sure to feel at home in this beautiful farm house with all the amenities you and your family need to enjoy Colorado at its best! There is space for everyone. Gather around the large island, create memories and laugh in the family area or catch a game in our sports theme basement. If you’d like to enjoy a little down time, we’ve got a quiet living area on the main floor and a lovely sitting area in the master with a fireplace. Also enjoy the hot tub, basketball court, garage gym, and fire pit. *must check fire restrictions. Guest access You have access to the entire house. During the summer months I will have someone come out to water the gardens.
