This fully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath bayfront retreat offers peaceful water views, comfortable coastal design, and everything needed for a relaxing island stay. Start your morning with coffee on the private patio, watching birds and boats drift by. In the evening, enjoy spectacular waterfront sunsets just steps from the bay. The community fishing dock is only a few steps from the back door, making it easy to fish anytime during your stay. The condo sleeps up to 6 guests, with a King bed in the primary en-suite bedroom and a Queen bed with Twin trundle in the second bedroom, making it ideal for families, couples, and fishing getaways. Located just off the JFK Causeway on the bay side of North Padre Island, you’re about 10 minutes from Bob Hall Pier and Gulf beach access, while still enjoying a quiet, low-key waterfront setting away from the crowds. Guest access There are first-come, first-served community boat docks located just outside our back patio, making it easy to dock your boat during your stay. Boat trailer parking is available onsite for guests. While there is no boat launch at the property, a convenient nearby option is Marker 37 Marina, located just a short drive away, where you can launch and retrieve your boat with ease. Some examples are, batteries for the remotes, Light bulbs because we never know when a lamp might go out, a few cleaning supplies and step stool for those high/hard to reach items. We also keep insect spray, because although we are contracted with a pest control company for scheduled treatments, we cannot guarantee that you might not have an insect in or around the house. We are a coastal property and more importantly a home, and sometimes no matter what we do, there might be an unwelcomed guest. We are located on the first floor of a condominium, and do not own the property above us. A condominium is similar to an apartment complex and might have a tenant above. This is out of our control and if you require special accommodations, such as complete silence, we might are not a good fit. The presence of any such insect, misunderstanding of a condominium layout, or non functioning item DOES NOT entitle a guest a refund. We try our best to make sure everything is in working order, and as clean as possible! We hope that by telling you these things, it will help with your stay and we hope that the items that we provide don’t have to be used, but available for those “just in case” moments.
