We're just 15 minutes away, and our office is in Point Reyes Station. We're here 7 days a week to answer your questions or address any issues, usually within an hour, even on weekends and holidays. The property is located in a quiet, secluded neighborhood, close to the village of Inverness. Inverness is a charming coastal village in California. Inverness is walkable from the home, allowing for a pleasant stroll through the neighborhood. Hiking/biking trails are also walkable to access. Please keep noise to a minimum once the sun goes down. We have neighbors nearby on both sides who are noise-sensitive and noise carries very easily in the area. Please respect the serenity of the neighborhood. If you're looking for a place to cut loose and laugh and play music late into the night, we have other homes nearby that are more appropriate. Please ask us for alternative accommodation and we’d be happy to help find a place! 4. No chores for our guests! That’s what the cleaning fee is for, right? We have a fantastic team of housekeepers, some of whom have worked with us for over 10 years. We fully clean each home top to bottom, fully restocking all amenities, replacing worn-out items, and keeping things fresh and pleasant for our guests. We use top-notch cleaning products without annoying scents or chemicals, and our cleaners are paid living wages because they are the backbone of what we do and you’ll appreciate their attention to detail. 5.
