Enjoy staying here for a short trip in Melbourne, for work or just somewhere to stay overnight for an early flight. Styled to enhance its old charm look, Two Pines holds all the warmth of home living and comfort with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, renovated kitchen and a large backyard, perfect for families. The space Featuring three bedrooms, two of the bedrooms have a large Queen bed, while the third room has two sets of bunk beds (plus a loft bed if requested in advance). There is a spacious lounge room, which looks out onto the street. The dining room is connected to the kitchen area, which has just been renovated! The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The laundry is equipped with a washing and drying machine, ironing board and sink. There is a huge spacious backyard with a fire pit. NEW: if you would like a beautiful arrangement of flowers for your stay, please advise and we can ensure this is prepared for your arrival. We have a coffee machine and provide a limited number of nespresso pods for your stay! Please reach out if you want additional pods for your stay. Netflix, Stan, Binge (or other streaming services) are available on request for additional fees. Please advise what you are after and we will see what we can do for your stay! No commercial/paid activity permissible on premises unless specifically approved prior to staying. Guest access PLEASE NOTE: Check-in and check-out is flexible, provided that you communicate with us what you are after. This ensures maximum convenience for you, while allowing us to ensure the necessary cleaning and maintenance work is done. Guest will have access to the entire house and the front/back yard. Garage and linen cupboard are off limits due to personal storage. We kindly ask that you be mindful of your noise levels during your stay, especially during after hours. Other things to note Only a few minutes from Melbourne Airport, Two Pines is great for overnight travellers, international guests, families, or anyone requiring a short term stay. Walking distance to a suburban cafe called Good Neighbour to get your coffee fix, or if you feel like going for a full cafe experience, a few minute drive will get you to Roasting Warehouse (described as the "ultimate brunch spot" by the Herald Sun). For those inclined to some retail therapy, it is walking distance to Westfield Airport West shopping centre and a short drive to Essendon DFO. For entertainment, Netflix is available and there is a PS3 with plenty of games to enjoy as well! Less than 2km to the 59 Tram into the CBD, 2km to Essendon Football Club, and 3km from Essendon Airport, Two Pines has access to great amenities. A short drive (6kms) takes you down Keilor Road which is known for its diverse cuisines, local restaurants, fresh food shopping, dessert spots, cafes and much more.
