The “P'tite Ferme–Panorama” is a magnificent large chalet in the heart of Charlevoix. Ideal for family gatherings and professional business/work meetings. You will have access to 2 living rooms, 5 closed bedrooms with queen beds, 2 mezzanine living rooms, one with a queen Murphy bed and a sofa bed. We can comfortably accommodate 14 people. The large "Billard" room can be used as a work meeting room. High-capacity fiber optic Wi-Fi provides ample simultaneous internet access for all work computers. You will have at your disposal 2 complete kitchens with everything necessary to accommodate young families with children. Equipped with four full bathrooms, one with Hamam shower, two covered outdoor spas, a pool table, two indoor fireplaces and two others outdoors. Its beautiful windows offer the splendid nature of Charlevoix to the St. Lawrence River. The advantages of a very large 80-foot terrace which offers you a breathtaking panoramic view. Two EV chargers outside in the private parking lot that can accommodate 8 cars! One small dog per booking is allowed with a $100 fee as well as a $500 refundable security deposit. Guest access ✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, with the exception of the storage spaces. Other things to note *****From November to April we recommend a 4WD vehicle with winter tires to get to the chalet, we are not responsible for towing or any other costs**** ⚠️ Due to the natural, wooded environment in which the chalet is located, power outages may occasionally occur, although this remains rare. These interruptions are beyond our control, and we cannot, unfortunately, be held responsible for them. *The cottage is equipped with a security system, as well as a smoke detector, ensuring you a safe place to stay. A camera is located outside the cottage filming the main entrance & the parking. One small dog per booking is allowed with a $50/day fee as well as a $500 refundable security deposit. *GAS FIREPLACE* Unfortunately, the gas fireplace is currently not working. *OUTSIDE FIREPLACE* The fire pit is accessible from May 1st to November 15th **Please note that you may see small insects during your stay, when seasons are changing, because our chalet is located in a rural environment and it is impossible for us to control all the wildlife that surrounds it** Registration Details Quebec - Registration number 297961, expires: 2026-04-30
