The cottage has arcade games & a ping pong table! It's 3 miles from Pirates Bay Water Park and 5 min. to shopping in Leesburg, Decks & Docks Restaurant. The space Serenity Pointe is a cozy 1960's cottage with vintage charm. You'll see gorgeous lake views from nearly every window, and love the private access to the boat ramp, and wrap around dock that borders the deep water year round. It's perfect for fishing and swimming! Enjoy the lake toys and ping pong table in the outdoor pavilion. The cottage is one level with zero stairs, and has a sidewalk to the large boat dock. FLOOR PLAN/AMENITIES: * The bedroom has a King bed with ROKU TV across the hall from full bathroom. * The sunroom has two Twin beds for additional sleeping. * Sunroom has arcade Pacman with 60 additional video game options. * Outdoor pavilion with ping pong table. * Scenic waterfront deck and dock with outdoor seating, gas grill and extra propane. * Two kayaks and two stand up paddle boards for guest use * Watch your favorite streaming service with ROKU TV in the living room. * Free wireless internet. * Open concept, fully stocked kitchen with several grocery stores nearby. * Washer & dryer * Shower towels, lake towels & bedroom linens provided. * 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 garbage bags and hand/dish soap provided. * Bring your own toiletries and favorite hygiene products for the shower. * Free parking for 2 vehicles in front of the cottage. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: * Non smoking/vaping cottage. * No pets allowed. * Boat & Jet Ski lifts are not for guest use. * Absolutely no parties or gatherings of more than 4 people allowed on property. This includes wedding receptions, graduation and birthday parties, cook outs, holiday celebrations, etc. * No fireworks or fire pits of any kind allowed on property. * Not wheelchair accessible. * The cottage does not have a dishwasher. The bathroom shower is smaller than standard size, as it was built in the 1960's. * Due to the rural location of the cottage, high speed internet connection can be spotty at times. * This cottage is on Weiss Lake where a variety of wildlife lives. During your stay, it's possible you could see/hear wildlife like insects, squirrels, geese and cranes. * We pay for monthly pest prevention inside and outside of the cabin. All possible efforts have been taken by the owners prior to your arrival to make this cottage a safe and fun vacation rental. Guest access You'll enjoy the entire cottage and private lake front property. Other things to note Please be kind to our historical windows that stay shut year round. If during your stay the temperature drops below 35 degrees, we ask you do not use the washer as the pipes may freeze.
