Enjoy a perfect getaway at this beautifully updated ski-in/ski-out condo featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths for up to 12 guests. Ideally situated within Boyne Mountain Resort, you're just steps away from restaurants, bars, Avalanche Bay Waterpark, pools, tennis courts and premier golf courses. The condo offers spacious bedrooms, an inviting family room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The space Each of the three inviting bedrooms features comfortable mattresses, fresh pillows and bedding and TVs: Master Suite: Queen bed with an attached full bathroom. Bunk Room 1: Twin-over-Queen and Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, attached full bath with bathtub. Bunk Room 2: Twin-over-Queen and Twin-over-Twin bunk beds. There is also an additional full bathroom conveniently located in the common area. The open floor plan includes a cozy living area with a fireplace, a large dining table perfect for group meals, and a relaxing seating area equipped with a Smart TV—ideal for unwinding after a day on the slopes or exploring the lake. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to cook, featuring a refrigerator, new stove/oven, microwave, toaster, crockpot, drip coffeemaker (complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar provided), cooking utensils, and plenty of pots and pans. Additionally, the condo includes a practical mudroom space to store wet gear after your outdoor adventures. For guests needing to work remotely, the condo offers private, high-speed Wi-Fi and dedicated desk spaces in each of the bedrooms. The condo is located in the Mountain Villas at Boyne Mountain Resort, offering direct ski-in/ski-out access right at the base of the Boyneland Chair Lift. Just steps away is Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark and Arcade, and coin-operated laundry facilities are conveniently located in the adjacent building. In summer months, guests can enjoy the nearby outdoor pool, located just a short walk away and free to use during the season. Resort amenities, including additional indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and a fitness center, can be accessed by purchasing a day pass. Deer Lake Beach, situated on the resort’s west side, offers additional recreation, such as shuffleboard, tennis courts, a putting green, kayaks, paddle boats, sailboat and paddleboard rentals, as well as a lively Tiki Bar and restaurant. Within a short stroll, you’ll find yourself in the vibrant heart of the resort, with numerous shopping and dining opportunities. Year-round activities at the resort include ziplining, snowshoeing, fat-tire biking, tubing, ice skating, and more, ensuring memorable experiences for everyone. Guest access There is no public transportation offered in this area and other options such as Uber and Lyft may not be available. Parking lot is shared with other Mountain Villa Condominiums guests and not assigned to particular units. There is overflow parking across the street near tennis courts where RVs are allowed to park. Other things to note Are any of the resort amenities included for free in our stay? Only the seasonal outdoor pool located in the common area surrounded by the condo buildings is available to our guests free of charge. Access to Deer Lake Beach which is a short drive from the unit is also free. All other activities/amenities are owned and managed by Boyne Mountain Resort and can be booked directly with them. Why are you not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs? Our condo stays very busy all year round, often with back to back bookings. Our cleaning team is scheduled and sometimes maintenance activities are scheduled in advance within the 11- 4 pm window in-between guests. We need that time to allow for restocking, cleaning, laundry and ensuring that the home is ready for your arrival. If you do not comply with our check-out time, a late fee will be added to your stay. Is there a BBQ/grill, patio, or lawn chairs available for guest use? No, this unit opens up directly to a sidewalk and parking lot. I have seen some guests set up a small portable grill in the parking lot (aka tailgating) but we do not provide this. How far is this location to…? The condo is located at Boyne Mountain Resort, so map the distance from there. Is the condo on the first floor? Yes, the door is located near a sideway ramp to the parking lot. There is only one unit above this unit and one unit that shares a wall. Do you offer any discounts? No, we don’t offer special discounts because our pricing is managed regularly, and we believe that our pricing is competitive for the amenities and space we offer in this market.
