The space Relax in this private air-conditioned room with our 32-inch smart TV with Netflix, and stay connected with free Wi-Fi and a landline. Our kitchen is equipped with essentials for cooking, and the bathroom features a bidet, hot and cold shower, toiletries, and bath towels. Guest access Swimming pool has a maximum depth of 5 feet. It's open from Tuesday to Sunday (7am-9pm) and is accessible for free to unit owners and long-term guests only. Short-term guests can also access the pool for a fee, which varies for adults and children. The gym, however, is exclusive to unit owners and long-term guests. Parking is not complimentary and comes with two options: in the open ground or private basement parking. Parking slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. It's best to coordinate with us, your hosts, especially if you're interested in renting the private basement parking. The building also features a viewing balcony located at both ends of the 7th-floor hallway. For kids, there's a playground situated on the ground level, right next to the clubhouse. Smoking is "Strictly Prohibited" in and outside the room (Building Policy). The designated smoking area is located on the ground, near the motorcycle guest parking area. Other things to note We kindly request that our guests treat our space with care and maintain its cleanliness, just as they would in their own home.
