The location is peaceful and full of greenery just within city limits. The space One bedroom available for guests has split AC, ceiling fan, queen bed, 3 door wardrobe, dressing table & dedicated bathroom. Living space is well decorated with dining area as well as low seating arrangements. Can accommodate extra guests in living space with floor mattress. Kitchen is equipped with gas oven and basic cooking utensils & utensil rack. Online food delivery, groceries and other online deliveries are available. Guest access Guests can book one double bed room with private bathroom. Kitchen, living space and dining area are accessible to the guests which will be shared with the host living in the property. Other things to note 1) IT IS MANDATORY TO BRING COPY OF VALID ID AS WELL AS ORIGINAL ID PROOF OF EACH GUEST. 2) UNMARRIED COUPLES ARE NOT ALLOWED. 3) PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. 4) Loud music and noise in the apartment is not allowed during stay. 5) Any illegal act as per Indian law is not allowed during stay. 6) Any damage in the property, intentional or unintentional will be fully recovered from the guest then and there. 7) Cleanliness and hygiene should be maintained else chargeable.
