Welcome to "Petit Matelot" This charming studio, renovated in 2023, is located in a residence very close to the beach (100 m), opposite the municipal seawater pool and various shops. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people for an ideal stay as a couple or alone. This listing is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service that listens to its guests! The space You will enter the apartment through the residence's garden. In the apartment you will find: The living room with: - Dining table -TV - Sofa - Foldaway bed for 2 people, 160 cm (please note the bed is quite heavy to fold) A loggia where you can enjoy a meal while staying sheltered. A kitchen area opens onto the living room: - Refrigerator - 2-burner stovetop - Microwave - Toaster oven - Dolce Gusto coffee machine + filter machine -Water boiler - Toaster - Dishes Shower room with: - Shower - Toilet Wi-Fi ok You will have a private space in the residence's secure parking lot. Included: Linens (towels, sheets, dish towels, bath mats), welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, garbage bag. For the remainder of the stay, we'll let you buy what you need. Guest access The accommodation is on the ground floor and is all on one level. You'll have a set of keys. Check-in is from 4pm onwards. Check-out is until 10 a.m. at the latest. Other things to note Small pets are allowed if they are well-behaved and clean. Self check-in can be done with a key box.
