THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 13 OR PETS A two-story annex with exceptional views of the River Wye and surrounding countryside. This property is approx a 5-minute drive from the town of Hay-On-Wye famous for its books, & is near the Brecon Beacons National Park. Approximately 30 minute drive to the city of Brecon, and a 40 minute drive to the city of Hereford. The space There is an open-plan kitchen and living area upstairs with French Windows and Juliette balconies that show off the view. Includes a large, comfortable settee, 43-inch TV and free Wi-Fi. There is a fully fitted kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher & fridge-freezer. There is a toilet and washbasin upstairs. On the ground floor, we have two bedrooms, fitted with zip & link beds to provide either super-king or 2 x 3ft single beds, to sleep up to 4 people. The master bedroom has an en-suite toilet, shower and wash hand basin. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and plenty of storage. Other things to note We provide anti-allergy duvets and pillows with bed linen and towels. We have underfloor heating throughout this property. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. A washing line located on the back patio.
