Other things to note There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property and for anyone to access the apartment who has not been previously included in the Airbnb reservation. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a smoking fee of at least €200 will be charged, and if any guest brings another person into the apartment even for a short period of time, a fee of 100 euros per person/day will be charged for violating this rule.
