The space This house is about 1400 sqft and has 2 stories with a flight of stairs leading up to 3 bedrooms and full bathroom. On the first floor you’ll find the living room, dining room and new renovated kitchen along with laundry closet and renovated half bathroom. Up the stairs are 3 bedrooms equipped with queen beds and great mattresses comfortably hosting up to 6 guests. Separate full bathroom located on the second floor and accessible from hallway. The natural backyard is partially fenced in but not closed, it’s open to the sides and front of the house. It is beautifully wooded and sloped, creating a private forest feel. While it’s not ideal for play, guests love the peaceful views and quiet setting. Guest access Entire house Other things to note The back yard has a steep decline and uneven terrain, we enjoy the trees and vegetation and super cool feeling of being in the forest but will not recommend exploring by foot.
