The Treehouse is a perfect retreat! It is secluded by the hills surrounding Madison. Complete privacy, yet 5 minutes from downtown, or hilltop. Year-round views of the beautiful hills of Kentucky give it a mountain feel. Winter views of the Ohio River and downtown. This is an Adults only property. 2-night min. A 600 sq ft. studio with queen Tempur-Pedic bed, separated from the main house by an indoor pool room. Heated pool is 12' x 24'. Hot tub and pool are not shared with the owner they are for the studio guests only. Private keypad entrance to the studio. This studio is the only other rental on the property. The pool and hot tub are only available to the guests who rent the studio and no more than 4 invited guests of the rental, no children allowed on the property please. The rest of the property is available for the guests to enjoy. I live in the main house, and I will be available to help you throughout your stay. If I am away, you will be able to text or call me and I will respond as soon as possible. The Treehouse is located in one of Madison's premier neighborhoods. It is located halfway between downtown Madison and the hilltop. Each home in the neighborhood is very unique, beautiful and well kept. It is a great place to walk, but to get downtown, you will need to drive. The elevator is only available to people who cannot utilize the steps and to guests staying 4 or more nights who need to access the laundry room. The washer and dryer are only available for stays 4 nights or more.
