The Treehouse - Hot Tub - Indoor Pool Get Away!

The Treehouse is a perfect retreat! It is secluded by the hills surrounding Madison. Complete privacy, yet 5 minutes from downtown, or hilltop. Year-round views of the beautiful trees. Winter views of the Ohio River and downtown. The house has stunning ceilings made from coastal cedar off an island near Vancouver, British Columbia and beautiful skylights in the studio and indoor pool area. This is an Adults only property. 2-night min. The space A beautifully decorated 600 sq ft. studio complete with a stock of wonderful coffees, bottled water, plenty of towels and personal items if needed. It has a queen Tempur-Pedic bed. It is extremely clean and very private. It is separated from the main house by an indoor pool room. Heated pool is 12' x 24'. Hot tub and pool are not shared with the owner they are for the studio guests only. The hot tub is a few steps away, just outside the pool doors on a private back patio. Guest access Private keypad entrance to the studio. This studio is the only other rental on the property. The pool and hot tub are only available to the guests who rent the studio and no more than 4 invited guests of the rental, no children allowed on the property please. The rest of the property is available for the guests to enjoy. Other things to note You will love it here!! The main complaint I hear is “we wish we would have booked an extra night”please note , there is an elevator if you need it. It is typically only available to people who cannot utilize the steps and to guests staying 4 or more nights who need to access the laundry room. The washer and dryer are only available for stays 4 nights or more.
