You are welcome to our beautiful house that was built with a lot of passion and endless love, as a minimal space with character, suitable to empty your thoughts and the pressure of everyday life and to fill you with feelings of pleasure and tranquility! Our philosophy is based on providing all the comforts of a modern and luxurious home, in an environment that inspires a feeling of relaxation and unwinding. The house is 135 sq.m. on two levels, fully equipped, providing luxury, comfort and tranquility, making it ideal for holidays 365 days a year. Entering the wider area of the plot, an area of 500 sq.m., the impressions are stolen by the whitewashed courtyard, paved with thin gravel and harmonized sweetly with the simplicity of the imposing and chronic olive trees that dominate the central entrance. The image is further composed by the strictly observed Pelion architecture of the house, with stone courtyards and roofs, wooden dark small and larger windows. The minimalism and elegance of the house are intricately intertwined with exquisite plants, such as large and impressive succulents at the front of the house, as well as small oases – islands – embroidered with styra, layland and angelica, but also small citrus fruits, such as kumquat and lemon trees. Moving inside the house, on the first level we find the living room, in an open space with the beautiful and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Going down the internal staircase, we are led to the lower floor where there are two bedrooms, the second bathroom, as well as a wonderful, comfortable and cozy space to enjoy movies, games, reading a book or whatever anyone chooses! BEDROOMS There are three bedrooms, all spacious with fresh, light and distinctive aesthetics each. The first, upstairs, has a large double bed, suitable for couples. It has a large window overlooking the courtyard, air conditioning and two retro bedside tables with their corresponding lighting, making this space particularly beautiful and attractive, transporting us to other times. The internal staircase leads us to the lower floor, where the second bedroom for two people is located, particularly beautiful and cool during the summer months. It also features a large double bed, a wooden window and... a French style, as the carved boudoir in soft colors dominates the space. In both of these bedrooms, a baby playpen can be placed at will to accommodate your little travelers. Finally, the third bedroom downstairs is also for our little friends. Two single, cheerful beds, but also a third, which opens and closes depending on the number of people, give comfort and rest to guests. Bedside tables, spacious, modern wardrobes with many hangers and drawers in all rooms, will really make you feel comfortable and relaxed on your vacation! KITCHEN The kitchen, on the upper floor, is the jewel of the house, as it is made entirely of wood that has undergone a special treatment to give the final result, while it has state-of-the-art mechanisms. All the kitchen furniture, as well as its aesthetics, fill the guest with the desire to discover all its hidden corners. And it has plenty! It has all the electrical appliances built in, such as a large refrigerator, oven and stove, dishwasher, coffee maker for French coffee and separate for espresso, kettle, toaster, but also a mixer, if you are in the creative mood for making homemade dishes or desserts with pure and traditional ingredients of the area! Also, the wooden imposing cabinets are full of household equipment such as dishes, cutlery, glasses, towels, as well as all the necessary items and utensils for cooking and serving. A special dining room to enjoy your special meal is located in the center of this comfortable space and has the possibility, in addition to chairs, to be surrounded by smaller stools, available discreetly for you. Finally, as we said, hidden objects emerge as we get to know the place, a pantry with some initially necessary food, as well as a washing machine are in the place to help you in case your stay has a duration that justifies their use. LIVING ROOM The living room, in the same space on the upper floor, is equipped with two sofas, an armchair with bright colors and an iron table with two ornate chairs to decorate its corner with special grace. An energy fireplace, TV, free WiFi and Netflix, as well as strong air conditioning to cover the entire open space, complete the comforts of a complete home. BATHROOMS The house has two bathrooms, one on each floor. Modern aesthetics and special materials create two modern and very clean spaces, fully equipped with bathroom amenities. It has a cabin shower with plenty of hot water, which is available 24/7, as a large solar water heater allows its continuous disposal. In the wooden furniture with the large drawers you will find all the necessary equipment, such as a hair dryer, bath cosmetics and towels. LOUNGE AREA However, the surprise of the house is on the lower floor, where a comfortable, modern, elegant space allows for the ultimate relaxation or "hanging out" of children and/or adults. Three built-in sofas that can also be used as single beds, surround the two sides of a single space, with hidden LED lights and a 55-inch smart TV dominating the space. Incredible moments of tranquility, reflection, reading favorite books, gaming and movies, are some of the beautiful moments you can enjoy in this unique space! BALCONY & OUTDOOR AREAS The well-designed orientation of the house allows you to enjoy all the moments of the day in its private courtyard. Cool mornings are best enjoyed on the south-west side, i.e. when you enter through the courtyard door of the house. On the perimeter paved courtyard of the house, we have taken care to provide a garden table to enjoy your morning coffee, under the generous shade of the olive trees. On the other hand, our terrace (about 15sq.m.), on the east side of the plot, offers stunning views of a sky embroidered with countless stars that enchant you with their serenity and brightness. A large wooden garden table, along with four comfortable armchairs with cushions, await you to enjoy enchanting afternoons and sweet, starry summer evenings with your friends. Feel free to organize a barbecue meal during your stay, as the house has a portable BBQ grill to give you the opportunity to enjoy and taste the delicacies that the roasters of the group will prepare. Overall, the fenced yard of the house and the garden and patio furniture available in it, give you the flexibility to adapt the space according to your needs and mood. Guest access You have the entire house and yard at your disposal, where you can park up to two cars. The barbeque can be used freely. A second set of sheets and towels is also offered to all guests staying longer than 7 days, and regardless of the length of stay, Eleni will meet you upon arrival to give you the first necessary instructions and tips for the house and your optimal stay, while she will say goodbye to you upon departure with the certainty of a wonderful memory that you will soon want to relive. Other things to note Please keep the outer courtyard gate closed at all times, as smaller or larger animals often visit the area! So, to avoid surprises, such as sheep, mules and dogs, we would ask you at all times - even when you are inside the house - to close it. In addition, pets are clearly welcome in our space, but we would ask that they remain in the yard throughout your stay at the house. The allergen may annoy or even create a serious issue for future guests. Let's all respect this special space, the animals themselves, and the next guests of the house.
