A well equipped and recently refurbished holiday home located on the Honicombe Holiday park. The property has its own wifi, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge / kitchen, large patio and private own hot tub! Located in the Tamar Valley area (which is an area of outstanding natural beauty) you are just a short distance away from nearby beaches + National park. Holiday park facilities include indoor and outdoor pool, gym, tennis courts, games room, sauna and children's play area! The space Newly revamped this year - brand new fridge, freezer, dishwasher, decking, all new mattresses and a ton more! We hope to have produced a friendly, comfortable and inviting space for all of the family. There is a decked area with your own hot tub you are free to use however much you wish to - have an unwind, after all, you're on holiday! The property is a 4 bed (2 doubles and 2 twin rooms) and actually sleeps 8 although we advertise it for 6 people because we want you to have a spacious enjoyable stay! There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. We believe that this room layout works well for groups of friends and families. The open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area is a great space for all getting together and relaxing The lounge has a large smart tv and the property has its own wifi (which is fast!) Guest access Included in the price is unlimited access to the facilities on site which include indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, sauna, gym, tennis courts and childrens play areas There is an on site bar and restaurant just a short walk away from the property. Other things to note We love animals but unfortunately we have to charge a pet fee to cover the extra cleaning costs. All linen and towels are included in your stay so no need to pack anything like that!
